1. Services
ValaFlux provides:
- Custom website design
- Website development
- Google Review NFC products
- Website consultation
- Technical support, where agreed
2. Quotes
Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Website Projects
Before work begins, both parties should agree on:
- Scope
- Features
- Timeline
- Price
- Payment schedule
- Number of revisions
- Hosting requirements
- Domain setup
- Delivery date
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Accurate information
- Logos
- Images
- Written content
- Timely feedback
- Any required access credentials
The client confirms they have permission to use all materials supplied.
5. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Deposits may be required
- Remaining balance is due before final delivery
- Late payments may delay project completion
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to:
- Client delays
- Scope changes
- Technical issues
- Third-party services
7. Website Hosting
Unless specifically included, hosting and domain registration are separate services.
Clients remain responsible for renewing their hosting and domain names.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website transfers to the client, excluding:
- Third-party software
- Licensed fonts
- Premium plugins
- Stock assets requiring ongoing licences
ValaFlux may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
9. Google Review NFC Products
Our NFC products are programmed using the Google Review link provided by the customer.
We cannot guarantee:
- Increased reviews
- Positive reviews
- Google rankings
- Customer participation
10. Returns
Custom-programmed NFC products may not be returnable unless defective.
Damaged or faulty products will be replaced where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
ValaFlux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
12. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on providers such as:
- Stripe
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the country in which ValaFlux operates.
